Anil Khopkar

Mr. Anil Khopkar is Mechanical Engineer from College of Engineering – Pune, and is MBA from Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad. Presently he is Vice President (Management Information Services) and CIO in Bajaj Auto, Pune, India. He also oversees / heads IT functions of Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Finsol companies of Bajaj Finserv, Pune. 

Mr Khopkar has worked in manufacturing industry for 31 years, initially in manufacturing in the areas of production control and industrial engineering and then moved to Information Technology. 

He has extensive experience in systems development in automobile manufacturing, through the generations of ERP, PLM and CRM. Special to mention is simulation technology in manufacturing.

He has lead the ambitious project of Bajaj Auto to implement SAP ERP and subsequent extensions to Business Information Warehouse and Enterprise portal. A KPI driven management information is orchestrated thru SAP and Non-SAP business applications.

He has lead the transformational project of Bajaj Finance to implement FinnOne core platform, Customer acquisition, dues collection, CRM and Business Information systems.

Bajaj Auto Limited is a large motorcycle and small commercial vehicle manufacturing company in India. 

Bajaj Finserv is large Finance company in India. It is currently engaged in life & general insurance, lending and wealth management services. It has plans to expand its business by offering a wide array of financial products and services in India.

Arun Gupta

Arun is an invited speaker globally on varied subjects on technology and business. He is the Chairman of the Technology Committee of Retailers Association of India (RAI) and the elected President of TDWI (The Data Warehouse Institute), India. Earlier he was on the Advisory Board of CIO Magazine, an IDG Publication from 2005-2009.

Dilip Chenoy

Dilip is currently Managing Director & CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The NSDC is a Public Private Partnership whose objective  is to skill 150 million people in India by 2022 by fostering private sector investment and initiatives in training and skill development in 20 high growth sectors and the unorganized segment.

He is also on the Governing Council of a Management School.

Prior to NSDC, Dilip was Director General of the advocacy group for the automobile industry in India, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), where he was responsible for setting the technical, economic and social responsibility agenda for the automobile industry. He also represented SIAM on various Government Committees as well as on the board of the National Skill Development Corporation and the Steering Committee of the International Motorcycle Manufacturers Association.

Before joining SIAM, Dilip was Deputy Director General responsible for Industry Sectors and Associations Council (ASCON) covering, Agriculture, Life sciences and ICT in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Dilip was the CII spokesperson and coordinated CII’s international work relating to the ASEAN.

Prior to his last assignment in CII, Dilip was part of an India team working on the competitiveness of Indian industry with Professor Michael Porter, Harvard Business School.

Manish Dalal

Manish Dalal is Vice-President and General Manager of VeriSign Asia. He is responsible for sales, business development, product management, and marketing for VeriSign across Asia. RAHUL N. SAXENA

Rahul Saxena has dual responsibilities: since January, 2008, Managing Director of Verizon Data Services India, headquartered in Chennai, India, and since 2000, Senior Vice President, Verizon Communications, Europe.

Rahul is one of the founders of Vodafone-Italy (Omnitel), a Verizon joint venture with Vodafone in the sector of mobile and fixed telecommunication.  He has been a Director on its Board since 2000. Prior to this, he has held several leadership positions with various Verizon group companies and has led Verizon's portfolio of mobile and wireline operations in Europe, valued at its peak at around $11B.

His senior management positions in Vodafone-Italy included Director-Finance and Planning, VP-Commercial Launch, VP-Customer Care and VP-Operations Management.

Rahul has 28 years of experience in telecommunications ranging from operations to business development and strategic planning. During the last 26 years with Bell Atlantic/Verizon, he has played key roles in startup operations in Czech and Slovak Republics and international business development in Venezuela, Greece, Portugal, Denmark, Indonesia and Korea.

Rahul started his career with AT&T, and then worked for a British management consulting firm, PA Consulting Group, before joining Bell Atlantic/Verizon.

As head of Verizon's wireless/wireline operations in Europe, Rahul was also Chairman and Vice Chairman, and Director on the Boards of EuroTels in Czech and Slovak Republics respectively, and in GibTelecom in Gibraltar. He also managed Verizon's joint venture in Greece with Telecomm Italia Mobile.

Rahul is a member of the AMCHAM in Italy and India, and is a founding member and Chairman of the India Business Forum in Milan, Italy. He has also been an elected member of the Board of Trustees, American School of Milan, Italy, 2000-2003.

Rahul holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil in Economics from Columbia University, New York, and an M.A. and B.A. (Honors) from St. Stephens College, Delhi University. He is fluent in Italian.

Rama Vedashree

Rama Vedashree is Vice President, NASSCOM leading all initiatives in eGovernance and Domestic IT. She has a rich and varied 22 Years of Customer facing experience in the Industry with long stints in NIIT Technologies, Microsoft and General Electric. Sanjay Jain

Sanjay Jain has been the Chief Product Manager at UIDAI since 2010. He leads the product development efforts at the UID Technology Development Unit, and is based in Bangalore.

Before joining UIDAI, Sanjay was Product Manager at Google India, where he was responsible for Google News and Google News Archives.

Prior to that, he worked on the creation and launch of Google Map Maker - a crowd-sourced mapping product that is responsible for Google Maps data for 160+ countries (including India).

Prior to joining Google in 2004, Sanjay was a founder employee at Praja, where he worked with founders - CK Prahalad, and Ramesh Jain to build a Business Activity Monitoring product (later acquired by TIBCO).

He was also the founder of RDC (later renamed - IndiaWorld Communications). At the start of his career, Sanjay worked is the system performance group at Sun, and was responsible for various functional CPU simulators.

Sanjay holds an M.S. in Computer Science, from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Tanay Kediyal

Tanay Kediyal, Senior Vice President leads the Technology function at Wells Fargo India Solutions Private Limited (WFIS). In addition, he is a member of the India Operating Committee and a key member of the Leadership Team at WFIS. He is responsible for the operations of Information Services and Infrastructure Management teams, which constitute the Technology function at WFIS.

Tanay manages a 1200+ member technology team that is responsible for building and supporting applications that serve the different parts of Wells Fargo Bank, besides providing base infrastructure services like networking and infrastructure management services. Over the last 4 years with WFIS, Tanay set up the Application development team and was instrumental in setting up Centers of Excellence across various technology teams.

Tanay has over 19 years of experience in Process Consulting and IT Services Delivery in the Banking and Financial Services sector across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Prior to joining WFIS, he was the Head of Technology for Institutional Bank at the Australia and New Zealand Banking Corp's (ANZ) India-based subsidiary in Bangalore. He managed the rapid growth of the operation, building the staff and managing critical projects from India. Tanay joined ANZ in 2001 and worked in various capacities, both in Australia and India, providing services to their banking operations in 31 countries. Prior to ANZ, Tanay was the Client Partner at Cambridge Technology Partners and worked with clients like Bombay Stock Exchange, Sharekhan, Tata Steel and Air Mauritius.

Tarun Pandey

Umesh Jain

He heads the combined Technology and Business Solutions Group. Umesh is responsible for fortifying the bank’s technology edge and to continue its growth trajectory supported by technology led innovations. He is also responsible for driving innovation projects, and developing strategic planning guidelines in accordance with the business strategy of the bank, leveraging and building upon best in class technology as a key pillar and differentiator of YES BANK.

Prior to joining YES BANK, Umesh was with Citibank for 13 years. In his last role at Citi, he was the business head for a Corporate and Investment Banking technologies at its captive-CITOS. He was instrumental in growing the business and played a key role in evolution of the organization. Prior to that he was responsible for execution of core banking migration in EMEA countries.

V.Srinivas

Mr V.Srinivas is a technocrat with over 19 years of rich cross functional experience. The key areas of his exposure in the IT Domain include ERP-SAP System Implementation including BPR initiatives & SAP Hands-on experience, Complete IT Infrastructure Management, New Generation Technology based initiatives using Web 2.0, Mobile and Mobility Solutions, GIS/GPS Solutions etc. His areas of strength in the non IT related domains include Project Planning & Execution, Quality System & Resource Management, Product Management,  Institutional Sales, Regional Office Management & Sales, Finance, HR etc.

Mr Srinivas who has an Engineering Degree and an MBA is presently associated with Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (NFCL), Hyderabad (Nagarjuna Group) as the Chief Information & Technology Officer (CIO). Today, NFCL is the single largest gas based fertilizer project based investment in South India with a commendable and consistent market leadership in the area of Crop Nutrition Business including Fertilizers and Micro-Irrigation.

He is an Ambassador of Change with the distinction of leading successful business process re-structuring initiatives and implementation of business solutions within preset budgets and deadlines and has been associated with the Nagarjuna Group for over 17 years working in various cross functional roles. While ensuring that the IT Strategies are aligned with the Organization’s Business Strategies, Mr Srinivas is also responsible for formulation of short and long term IT Goals to meet the Corporate Strategic Initiatives and Goals.

Mr Srinivas has been bestowed with the honour of being among India’s top 100 CIO’s by “CIO Decisions”, a magazine published by Indian Express, India and CIO Decisions Inc, USA in 2008. Jasminder Singh Gulati

Jasminder Singh Gulati is VP Practice Services and Head of CA Technologies Services’ Global Delivery Organization. In his role he is responsible to build and grow the Global Delivery team & revenue, leveraging a blend of resources from the India Technology Center (ITC) and field CA Services resources to provide high value skills to CA customers globally.  Jasminder is also part of the India Executive Leadership team which focuses on the domestic market and diverse ways to leverage India towards CA Technologies’ global business.

Jasminder (Jas) is an experienced industry veteran with over 19 years of experience spanning US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.  He joined CA Technologies from Microsoft Inc, where in his 12 year tenure he held a number of increasingly responsible roles spanning sales and marketing of products to professional services.  In his last role, he was the Director, International Markets at Microsoft Global Services with responsibility of global delivery across EMEA and APJ regions. Previous to this, he helped incubate global services for Microsoft as Director of Operations and Strategy.  Previously, he has held leadership positions at Microsoft India and Asia including Head of Enterprise Marketing for India and Business Manager for APJ Services. Before Microsoft, Jasminder was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for four years.

Krishna Prasad

Krishna Prasad is the General Manager for India and the Head of the Chennai center at UST Global.  As the GM for India, Krishna has complete responsibility for the India business and plays a strategic role in developing existing and new customer relationships.  As the Chennai center head, Krishna drives operational excellence and leadership development initiatives, while being the local point of contact for UST Global.

Krishna has over twenty two years of technology and business consulting experience. He has a passion for applying technology to transform business and has played leadership roles in client delivery, account management and business development, serving clients in various parts of the world.

Prior to UST Global, Krishna was an Associate Partner with IBM Business Consulting Services based in the United States. Glen Serrao

Glen Serrao is a director at Zinnov consulting and advises on market expansion strategies.

Prior to joining Zinnov, Glen has worked for over 5 years in telecom and embedded software development space for companies like Sasken communication technologies and Continuous Computing Pvt Ltd. At Sasken, he was involved in product development, Network planning and Management activities for Nortel Networks. At continuous Computing, Glen managed the entire product development for a new 3.5G HSDPA product which was the first product developed at the India office from concept to delivery.

He is an MBA (Finance and Marketing) from Indian School of Business and BE (Computer Science) from Gujarat University.
